Rare Birds gin school was a fantastic and fascinating afternoons fun and an excellent experience. Matt is very knowledgeable and gives a lot of interesting background on gin and his experience of setting up the distillery. The Gin School experience - selecting botanicals to make your own gin, with Matts guidance on a range of how much to use for each to get enough but not too much flavour - exceeded my (high) hopes. A birthday gift for my brother in law, four of us did this and we all loved it.

Had a great time here for a 'Gin School' - great and informative tour, very friendly and welcoming (plus good gin!). Enjoyed getting to make our own bottle with the help and advice to get the results we were aiming for.

Fantastic afternoon with Matt at gin school. Highly recommended anyone to try it. The rare bird London dry gin is an absolute favourite of mine. Fantastic location and building, a great place to visit
