Iv dealt with these a few times, not very helpful when it comes to seeing up payment plans, thay asked me if I could lend money off a family member to pay my debt with orbit I was so shocked I had to ask on social media if anyones had this beige and apparently orbits done this before, I think the best best bet is to go see citizens advise as your get no help from orbit

Had a man come out today, very polite and reasonable, we offered to pay the debt in 2 payments and he was telling us we didn't have to and could make smaller payments. We had a good convo with him while setting everything up. Decent man, shame about the other reviews as we had a fully positive experience with this company!

Two of these goons came knocking on my door tonight and though the female was fairly professional and polite, the male was extremely intimidating and must have been 6ft6 and about 20 stn. He didn't say anything but just kept staring at me in a threatening manner... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR I have been struggling to pay bills and have a heart condition and under the doctor and I was shook up so bad I couldn't eat my evening meal. These people are abhorrent and have been reported to United Utilities and my advice to anybody is if these people come knocking on your door, RING THE POLICE.
