Northern Ride

Bought two Bianchi lightweight electric road bikes last year and have been well pleased with the support and quality of assistance, decent bikes as well! Pleasing to receive up front advice for a reliable ride in a sport which has moved on in technicality from the 1980's non STI and wireless era!

Ashley at Northern Ride could not have been more helpful. The level of customer service I experienced was way above what I would have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience buying quality kit.

Spoke to Ash in November 2022 with regards to ordering a new Bianchi oltre, couldn't have been more helpful. Order placed and said bike arrived from Italy in February '23. Collected, bike fit done Nothing seems to much of a problem for these guys, knowledgeable and friendly. Asked for advice a couple of weeks later and happy to help. Will definitely use again even though they are 240 miles away. Cheers, keep up the good work

Ash & Ash totally delivered for me with my recent Bianchi purchase, I couldnt be happier with the truly personalised service offered. Built bike to my spec, and didnt over-promise on timescales, kept me up to date with build and ultimately exceeded expectation (we all know the current supply problems arent going away anytime soon !) Well worth travelling 250+ miles to collect, and well impressed with the amount of stock held in store.
