        Project took an unreasonably long time and went significantly over budget. Many errors in the plans which lead to further costs. These were admitted to but then they refused to take responsibility. They dealt with my complaints unprofessionly. Eventually they paid for remedial work due to the errors but only after many months. I am still considering a complaint to the ARB. A complete contrast to the architect for a previous project in Glasgow. The whole project was incredibly stressful as this firm I felt took our money but had no interest in the project. Badly let down.
