We are absolutely thrilled with our Fox Bar because it's a quality product. However, what made our experience truly exception was the customer service. From helping us to choose the lodge that would best suit our needs to steering us in the right direction on seat cover colours, nothing was too much trouble for Simon. Man thanks to Simon, Jim, Connor and Kev for installing the Fox Bar and to Mel and Olly for the communication side. I would have no hesitation in recommending BBQ Lodges Ltd.

I just have to take the time to thank Mel & Simon & the whole team at BBQ Lodges! We are in love with our new Fox Bar Simon was so thorough, checking the site twice before the install & on the day of the install I was amazed at how organised the team were & how fast they worked! Weve only had the weekend so far to play around in it, but I can already tell that its going to be a wonderful addition to our home & we will spend many evening / weekends relaxing in there! One of our dogs is already chosen her favourite place to sit! Cannot wait to kit it out with some lovely soft blankets & cushions & make it feel cosy! Having spent many a pleasant evening in a family members BBQ Lodge over the past 5 years, we finally made the decision to get one for ourselves and boy we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Mel and Simon were extremely professional throughout the entire process, from initial enquiry to installation, yet always remained friendly and helpful. We took our time selecting which lodge to go for before finally opting for The Fox with additional side room tastefully fitted out as a quaint bar. The build quality is amazing and we are super impressed with the overall aesthetics, it really is something a bit special when compared to other run-of-the-mill garden buildings. This is our new happy space and we look forward to entertaining our family, friends and neighbours, where last orders at the bar might not conform to standard licensing laws!
