The most perfect stay at the Greedy Gander!! Sarah welcomed us as soon as we turned up and the Shepherds huts were incredible - spacious, clean and just so peaceful. The outdoor space was amazing too and perfect lying on the loungers under the stars at night. The hot tub was just the icing on top of the cake, easy to use and heats up very quickly! Waking up to the sound of the chickens was heaven and the sheep kept us company at the picket fences! We would definitely come back here and would recommend Midland Farm to anyone wanting to get away for a calm few days away. Sarah's cat Henry was also absolutely gorgeous and paid us a few visits each day and night. Thank you for such a lovely stay - our first break away since way before Covid and it was worth the wait, wish we'd stayed longer!

Most special of places. So incredibly welcoming and the shepherds hut was absolutely lovely. Henry (the cat) greeted us and accompanied us for our wee tour, and then joined us for everyday of our stay and our final morning, for breakfast. Such a beautiful spot and so private. Absolutely lovely. A really, really special place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

A delightful place to stay and only wished we had stayed for longer. It was a quaint, enclosed cute private space perfect for a romantic break away. Surrounded by well kept gardens and farmland, you really do feel like you have escaped away. The hot tub was great (despite the wood fired element which made for a fun challenge - top tip: start the wood fire going a few hours in advance as takes a while to warm up!). The living space was cute and bed comfortable... (top tip: close door at night or be greeted by lots of friendly bugs around the lights!) - also we loved the separate kitchen area for breakfast and hanging out at night and to eat and drink with all your amenity needs available. The space was opposite the farm with a number of friendly goats and hens (note you will be woken by the cockerels and will hear plenty of animals noises through out the night!) You have a nice power shower and toilet. There was also a friendly cat who came to visit. The owners didnt introduce themselves but were flexible with our arrival and departure... we werent hassled at all about this. It was a lovely place that warranted a few more nights to explore the area and chill out in. We also really appreciated the welcome slices of cake!

A little slice of heaven we stayed for 2 nights as a birthday treat to my fianc and had the most amazing time. Sarah and family made us very welcome and also Dee (part of the flock of sheep at the bottom of our garden along with bantams and chucks) kept us entertained. We loved the hot tub and chilled out big time - peace and tranquility to the max. Great amenities for a complete get away. We will be back
