        This company believes it is perfectly acceptable to leave a lift broken for 3 weeks in a location where it is a lifeline for residents. How can it be that a maintenance company does not have access to strategic parts, maybe because they use the same excuse each time and blame it on part availability. You could maybe excuse an issue beyond their control, but the breakdown in 2020 was four weeks without service being resumed. Hard to believe when you explore the website and review the services they offer and response times they promise. Would recommend taking a course and fixing the lift yourself, it would be faster !!

        The last time an engineer came to my mums he touched stuff he didn't need to and left one leg longer than the other one on the seat wich made it unsafe. This time a man came to my mums yesterday wanted to come in with no prior notice. My mum was on her way out so he said he will come today in the morning its now 12.40 pm and we are still waiting. Not good
