Be careful unless you're with a film crew..I took my car there, they said they tested it on the machine for the fault codes but couldn't show me the print out but the mechanic had jotted it on a piece of paper for me then said it would cost me 2500 next breath it was 2000 but I wouldn't get any receipt or guarantee SO BE WARNED

The specialists at VMTP are very good at what they do, they understand the technology behind gearbox. I will recommend VTMP anywhere.

I have a discovery 3 that was going into fault mode when in fifth gear some of the time and occasionally lurching a bit. They rebuilt it and refitted within about a week and had a car to use while they were doing it but this is subject to parts being available. Just read the warranty booklet which gives tips on how to avoid damaging the new box. Been using it for a month and now realise what it should be like, good value for money, I would recommend.
