        Products are fine, but Customer service isn't great. Asked to cancel 2nd Jan, got a confirmation email from a member of staff saying they had cancelled it. Payment had come out of my PayPal account 28th Feb. I asked why this had happened and for a refund. They cannot refund as they have dispatched the order... Even though I cancelled over a month ago. Now been told since I subscribed through PayPal, I should have told them that originally and it's my fault for not telling them. How was I supposed to know there was a difference? And why would they confirm they had cancelled it when they couldn't/ didn't? Sarah stepped in and refunded me, all resolved.

        I bought my partner some of these products for Christmas and she thought they were great. She definitely recommends them.

        Terrible customer service. I subscribed so i trial their products for a couple of weeks as i have very sensitive skin, therefore, i went to cancel before they started charging me for a monthly subscription. However, that proved to be a very difficult process as I am still back and forth with them via email as there is no option to cancel on their website. Will definitely avoid in the future! Product seems to be ok for now.
