Very bad customer service. Don't care about customers, probably because got too many already... but still not an excuse!

I did see a one star review before I posted this and I did think it was a bit harsh, I've found whenever I've left a message or dropped the sales office an email they've always responded. It may not be instantly but this is because there's only two of them and there job involves more than just showing customers a brochure and a showhome. As there's alot they are expected to do for customers who have already reserved / purchasing and I've seen this firsthand by having my three meetings with them. Personally I've had a great experience with both Shaun and Millie in the sales office. They've been helpful and professional every step of the way so far and have dealt promptly with anything either myself or wife have asked of them with reference to our purchase and I have nothing but praise for the pair of them. I am very much looking forward to seeing both of them soon at the customer demo meeting once our build is finally complete.
