had four awful experiences with the doctors in this surgery - none of them know anything about mental health and one told me she'd rather me stay miserable if it means I'm too tired to do anything. also had a doctor criticise my vegan diet when mentioned (just in conversation) at an appointment about blocked ears. absolutely ridiculous. every single time I go to get my prescription something is wrong. really disorganised and rude. would definitely recommend Dr Htikes surgery in the same building instead

Sat ringing out for 20 minutes. To be told no appointments. Didnt offer any alternative days and was rather rude.

Cant even get an appointment. Call at half 8 engaged for 10 mins . When I finally get through I'm told all appointments gone because people wait in surgery before it opens and take the appointments before the phone can be answered.
