Very poor service, Ive ordered black polo shirts for my shop and theyve come light faint colour. I had to return to them to check. Ive compared it with dark black and does not look right. My mate has ordered black from elsewhere and Ive explained these does not look right. Poor customer service from Niamh Watkins, she is definitely working in the wrong sector. This particular service is giving bad reputation to a company. Why keep employee that doesnt provide great service. Youve lost a customer. People stay away from these, sending cheap and discolour polos. Not genuine!

Poor customer service: Ordered polos for Shop. Paid 87 for it and what a waste of money and time. Poor quality polos, discolour and I will not be ordering from them again. As a shop we advise to stay away from them. Many thanks

I created an order last week, creating a design on hoodies. They were clear and delivery came on the expected date. Designs were accurate to what we wanted and the quality of the clothing is excellent. One process that could be improved is once you place the order you complete the payment. It was a little confusing as to when/where to make payment, until I got an email to make the payment the next day. Regardless, they were fast with production and delivery! I would use their services again.
