The only complaint I can think people would have of this Dr is he often runs behind schedule. Why? Because his concern is for the patient he has with him at the time! If they need time to be with him, he gives it to them, so he can run behind. Personally I'd prefer to wait to see a Dr who actually cares for his patients rather than stick to time limits. I know I value seeing him when I have needed to and the time he will give to you as his patient! Thank you so much for the care you show!

I have found Norton medical centre a brilliant gp practice Dr Jalota is very competent and listens to his patients he continually reaffirms what the patient has asked clearly explains any outcome or treatment required. Since joining the practice I only have good positive feedback as they have been very attentive and easily dealt

Incompetent, insulting, uncaring, dishonest and rude. If you choose to complain to the practice manager the complaint is given straight to the gp who is subject of the complaint and the gp just removes you from their patient register and tells you to find another fp! Disgusting practices!
