We haven't been using cottonridge for long. But our account manager is amazing. Sarah is amazing and goes to the ends of the earth to help us in anyway she can. Our orders always show up on time and all the stock we order is correct on arrival. The quality of garments are amazing and well worth the money. Would highly recommend everyone to use cottonridge.

Richard Joyce - an online bully who lashes out when he doesn't get his own way and cannot be bothered to take responsibility and read 5 clear warnings to not order on a website. Sorry you can't get your nail polish. Message 1. I have just placed an order for Nailtiques formula 2. I then got a message saying it is out of stock. Is this in stock or not, if not why was I allowed to buy it? 2. If you had a proper website it would not let you order it. I dont read pop ups as they are usually adverts. Sort yourself out. Make sure you refund me today. I am looking forward to leaving a review of you and your company 3. why? are you going to come and beat me up! I would recommend a customer service course 30.5.2020 - Unfortunately Clare felt the need to respond to a poor review i left by maliciously leaving a poor review on our website when she has never actually used the site. When we saw it the whole office thought it was hilarious (and childish). It makes a mockery of Google reviews if used to get back at people you want to attack. Where will it end? I would think twice before you leave a bad review for Lovely Hands, you may unleash some serious anger. I placed an order on the website and because it is a mom and pop site it doesnt show when an item is out of stock. I sent an email for a refund and i got the following reply ' My website is very clear, you have gone through about 4 warnings of nailtiques out of stock before you paid so please take more care online.' Not the way i expect to be treated. I would recommend a course in customer service skills Richard
