Absolutely rubbish. After contacting this person for a survey, we had a very unprofessional reply asking for answers to questions. Then when we answered he didn't reply Then we emailed again asking if he had received our email with the answered questions. He replied with a blunt email saying (qoute) 'I have your questions. not i have your answers I'm busy this week ' No date of when he could do a survey or anything. 11 days later no contact at all off him. Would not even entertain giving him business.

We contacted Steve as we needed a RICS valuation to redeem our Help To Buy loan. He was able to come and see us at short notice, and the report was received quickly afterwards. Would definitely recommend Steve Butler Surveyors and would happily use Steve again should we need to.
