Very slow tip. More than 3 hours for just 3 pallets. They have to know we have also other deliveries.

I dont use Bidfood but they regularly block my driveway at work forcing me to wait whilst they unload to a business 2 streets away?! Just park next to the place you are delivering to. I have spoken to bidfood regarding this who have put in a different parking plan but the Drivers dont seem to care or are blatantly ignoring the instructions, given the snails pace the drivers move at - I would imagine the latter.

2 out the 3 line mangers absolutely useless don't care about there staff, only thing that matters is the pick getting done so they can get home faster. No.1 one Jacko aka wannabe sock model with his rolled up jeans and sockless feet on show, most laziest manager I've ever seen stands there with one leg leaning up the desk staring at the screen waiting for the numbers to slowly drop, also claims to be dragging people in off the street due to low staff numbers and then declines one of my mates because he don't drive even though he would of been able to get there no issues. No. 2 Paul, only cares about him and Mrs, confronted him about 2 things one being lack of shelves within the warehouse which are a big must with linked orders which he replied "not my problem" great reply that cheers mate. Also confronted him about giving his wife all the big orders every single time who's already on a set bonus so i said can't you give them to others instead so they can make some extra money or boost there pick rate also replied with "not my problem, when anyone mentions anything about his wife turns bright red like a tomato and gets really defensive. So yeah there you have it as long as they get back for there late night fast food and cheap wine they are happy. Kev and Clive top blokes.
