Great service. Received a quote, followed instructions sending phone in. Was half expecting for offer to be reduced, but received confirmation and full payment 5 days later! Cannot fault anything, really pleased!

Tried placing an order twice and they were both cancelled, had 1k tied up for over a week to be told they were being cancelled due to stock issues and then finally being told i was blacklisted due to 'fraud' , with no way of overturning the conviction and no reasoning as to why this had happened. Never used the site prior or even heard of them , never happened to me before. Extremely bizarre company.

Sent off phone to be evaluated, sent with original box and charging cable, offer was 230 but this was reduced to 62.50 due to cracked rear glass. I did not accept this offer, expecting phone and cable with original box I sent it in to be returned as I had not agreed to the sale. Which means all terms and cons do not apply because I did not enter into the sale contract. My phone was returned to me in a Jiffy bag, without original iPhone box and charging cablethis is still my property as I didnt not enter the sale contract. Completely unacceptable as you have now decreased the private sale value of my own property and saleability due to missing items you have decided to throw away. Poor customer service as no response to my complaint.

Sent my phone in and was quoted a value of 10. Now theyve inspected it its only worth 2.5, only explanation on the price drops is faulty- light spots. What does that even mean? The phone was in full working order and not a scratch on it. Granted it was old but it was in great condition. Poor service and even poorer explanation of why my phone is faulty. Wished Id donated to someone who needed a phone rather than these cowboys. Hardly worth the effort of sending it and now even more pointless to get them to return it to me. Dont bother
