    Fixed my Xbox Series X and returned it within a week, and now works perfectly. Very quick turnaround especially after royal mail strikes!

    Ordered an elite controller series 2 was send a normal series x controller sent it back was told the right controller would be sent and would be with within the next 2 days I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks later every time I call after 5 minutes waiting the call would just end

    12/01/2023 Paid 111.39 for a fully customised PS5 controller for my daughter, item arrived quickly however it was wrong, they got several of the parts colours wrong and the personalized name on the trackpad they wrote differently to our design! The buttons also felt sunken and vague to press unlike an official Sony controller. Packaging was also damaged inside so not done in transit, overall really disappointed and not what I expect from what I though was a reputable company. Order# 631115 Update 24/01/2023 After returning the item to them to make right, it was delivered today and is still wrong and in fact is now damaged too, can't get through to anyone on the phone at CC to sort out returning it for a refund, Avoid at all costs, this company doesn't care about the products it ships nor do they care about there customers when an issue arises!

    Ordered a personalised Xbox elite controller as a gift. It came quick so I was super happy until I opened it and there was no personalisation. I contacted the company who asked me to send it back which I have done and the tracking says its been received however I cannot get a response from them with an update. They wont answer my emails and their phone lines are apparently down. Theyve now got 130 of my money and had me return my item. With it being so close to Christmas now (even though I ordered this in November) Im worried it wont be here in time for Christmas. Really not happy with the service. Ive asked for a refund and opened a dispute with PayPal. EDIT: after opening a dispute with PayPal they have now offered a refund but only if I return the item. The item that has already been returned and they have emailed me before to say they received. Awful company and will never be using again. More stress than its worth.
