Having looked at other numerous companies to get a quality kitchen and Neff appliances at a very competitive prices , The Kitchen Hub company came out well ahead in all areas. Expert invaluable knowledgeable advice and design service. No hard sell and great product options. Very flexible as we had building problems so had to delay the installation of our kitchen. We also were given other supplier contacts for tiling which proved a find. Definitely a great company to deal with and offer a personal service.

Terrible experience - Leaving this review on the published address, though we deal with "CET East". It's a game of chance whether our bins will actually be collected each week. When they aren't, a query gets met with misinformation; that they did take it (even though it hasn't moved and is still full, for example). It seems to take an age to get a response, if you do get one, by which time we've had to take the waste to the local tip at our own time and expense. You seem to get an initial response to opening a case, but then no further communication when you reply. The cases get marked as "resolved" when they are very much not. We are at our wits end with this company, what should be simple and easy is complicated and frustrating. The response we will get to this review will likely be PR lip-service and no change to our service. I'd love to be wrong about this but wouldn't bet on it!
