I've used PRM for the past few years for electronic waste collection and they've always arrived when they say they will, with good service too. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them for your WEEE waste.

Booked via a phone call and email replied. All adjustments of number of devices to be collected very straight forward. Driver collector very efficient and arrived on time.

Called this company on the phone because I needed something at short notice, something that they had in stock, staff were very helpful on the phone when I enquired about the item and asked if someone could check the part number for me because there were some special software and settings on the original PC i didn't want to lose, after waiting a few hours i ditched the idea of waiting for the part number and took a chance based upon the picture of the outputs and just purchased it so I could collect just before closing time, Finding the place was very easy but PRM also delivers your goods, Was a little confusing once on the industrial estate but for anyone else looking for it, it's the first right turning as soon as you entre the industrial estate, then go around the back of JDM also on the right and it's there, dont go around the back and mash up your exhaust like I did Luckily when I got there the part number was the exact same one, after a straight swop of the BIOS chip service was able to resume on Sunday if you're using the services of a PAT testing company make sure that they have the correct equipment to check computers with, that way they won't end up damaging your computers, especially if you're computer is mission critical and you have no backup Overall I would say PRM are great, office staff are very helpful and communicate well and do call you back, which is appreciated, warehouse staff need some skates, getting the part number would have saved me dashing straight after the school run, never got email response either which is why i called instead, I'm guessing PRM are mostly mail order Business Now I know where they are I'm sure I will be using again
