They communicated with me constantly using a btconnect free email address. Very unprofessional and behind the times. There are 3 people working there and each of them are very bad at admin and also extremely arrogant. I had a business to business arrangement with AutoRoute and found them incredibly slow, and difficult to explain basic things to over the phone and by email. When one of the directors didn't get his way, he started making accusing and agressive statements by email. I would encourage anyone looking for the kind of vehicle services offered by this company to go elsewhere. They buy cars at auction that have import/history problems and then they can't manage to sort these problems out.

Avoid! I had very bad experience with them. I went there to see Mazda 6 and I decided to go ahead and buy it. However at the moment of viewing the car had air bag light on. I've been tald that the problem will be solved in 5 working days so I put deposit of 500. After 5 working days problem was not solved, so I asked them to give me deposit back. They refused to refund me. The situation was taking about 4 weeks and the car was still not ready. After 4 weeks I had no car and no money back!!! Another interesting thing is that the car had air bag light on for at least a 4 weeks but meanwhile somehow they managed to put MOT on it (few days after my viewing). How on earth you can pass MOT with airbag light on? And attitude of that people. They are very rude and arrogant. Avoid them!

Went to view a car put down the deposit well they mot'd it the service was above and beyond and they certainly went the extra mile even correcting an advisory to make sure I had a trouble free car this level of customer service for a 1600 pound car would happily recommend and buy from them again great service and people can't thank them enough

Excellent service from Jonathan the moment we went into the office.The car was ready to view as we were coming 2 hours away. No pressure sales like other places we've visited and we were left with the key to look over the car on our own time. Everything dealt with smoothly and would definitely come back. All other people are super friendly too. Highly recommended! Thanks so much
