        Mislead information, drove two hours to see a car which I had got sent a personal video in advance a few days before of the car. We went to see the car and it had a lot of scratches all around the car which was very frustrating as if this was shown in the video - we wouldnt have drove two hours there and back. Another major mislead info was the fact that the car advertised 2 previous owners on both auto trader and website & I paid for a HPI check to find out it has 3 previous owners, so I would have been the 4th if I had went ahead and purchase. But overall, the staff in general seem nice and friendly but was annoyed at the misled info as wouldnt have wasted my time driving to view the car.
