I turned up for the viewing of a commercial property but they didnt. Wasted over 30 minutes sitting in the car only for them not to be able to get the keys. Complete waste of my time and missed opportunity for them to get a deal.

Richard at VDBM looked after the sale of our late Mums property during a time that you can imagine was not only emotional, but stressful and at times overwhelming. From the first meeting, Richard put our minds at rest and we knew we wanted VDBM to manage the sale. Richards experience and understanding was extensive and never hesitated to meet with us beforehand and give if his time in multiple lengthy consultations without fee, so that we could explain our situation, understand our sale options and get a view of the market both in terms of purchasers and developers. The fee structure was discussed and agreed with both sides at length before we committed to a contract and Richard always had time to explain anything to us and give seasoned advice.At all times Richard was extremely professional and made us feel at ease with his depth of experience and honest appraisals of our options. Within weeks Richard had secured a significant number of viewings from both house buyers and developers, always keeping us updated on the feedback and progress of each, and we were very comfortable in giving Richard a key so he could take care of all viewings without any effort on our part, and always gave us notice of any viewings ahead of time. At all times Richard saw us as his main priority every negotiation with potential buyers, and advice to us, was for our benefit and gain. He never compromised on commitment to his role as our agent and went above and beyond enquiries and research to know as much about every potential buyer as he could, to ensure all advice was based on fact. And he did all this without alienating or jeopardising any potential buyer or offer. His attention to detail and having everything in writing ensured that clarity of all conversation and offers throughout the process. The end result was that we achieved an unconditional offer for the property at a price which we felt was beneficial and fair to both buyer and seller. We also found a buyer who we felt we could trust, and the legal aspects of the purchase were tied up within weeks. Richard also recommended a solicitor to us who did a fantastic job, and we have subsequently used this solicitor when purchasing our new property. In our experience house sales and purchasing are often a stressful and be a tricky area to navigate, and have no hesitation in recommending Richard and VDBM for their experience, professionalism and value for money.
