Pizza Hut Delivery

We ordered a takeaway from the Northwood branch and a big NO as worst customer service, extremely rude over the phone, highly unprofessional, delayed delivery by 1 1/2 hours, not very tasty food. Looks like there was a huge shortage of staff and the manager (I believe her name was Sujata) couldnt handle it. Definitely needs retraining or I would say fire her and get professional experienced staff suitable for the role. Only positives was the delivery fellow was extremely humble and polite, was apologetic for the delay. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were quite good but were not tasty at all. Didnt enjoy either the gluten free pizza nor the veg pizza, nor the sides- the garlic pizza bread. Wedges were ok.

Pizza is ok but they don't do Thin Crust which is just madness and short sighted . They never answer the phone and when the lady manager is not around the service is terrible !

The pizza didnt arrive for one hour, they showed delivered and when i called the store to enquire the lady was yelling and saying shes not IT. I am going to be reasonable and ask after one hour why its this delayed and shows delivered. There is tone and way to answer someone and not start shouting with the first word. You can be in rush hour but thats literally the one job to manage the flow so northwood pizza hut whoever was answering calls needs some retraining. and dont even think about coming at me saying i was rude or loud. i have spoken in the softest tone and have a recording for the call. please train or rehire your Staff. The delivery guy was apologetic and very nice. Your managerial staff needs to learn from the juniors. You are a joke at your behaviour and service

This is not a good pizza hut branch. Pizzas not cooked well and do not taste right.
