I came to optimal synergy after having posture issues and a bad back for a few years. My first session has been amazing the practitioner Annie knows exactly what shes doing. Her knowledge and passion for her work put me at ease straight away, she gave me full check and break down that I could easily understand. After my session I feel fantastic!! Annie is an excellent osteo who takes the time to really understand your situation. The techniques she uses and the attention she gives to the symptoms you describe have already started to relieve some of the issues I've been having with a dysfunctional SIJ despite only having seen her 3 times.

Ive been going to see Annie at Optimal Synergy since the day the practice opened, and regularly refer my personal training clients who require treatments or posture assessments. Over the years Annie has helped me to manage 2 prolapsed discs and numerous joint issues by using a number of techniques to help me manage pain, reset posture and relax tight muscles/ spasms which take stress off of joints. Its not just Annies knowledge and experience that make visiting her practice so worthwhile, but her welcoming and easy going personality makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door.

Annie is such a lovely lady she is very calm and knows what to do when you have a problem she sorted my sore knee out and it has not had that problem again

Annie is the loveliest lady and always puts a smile on my face when I go for treatment. She has helped me sort out many problems with my back and hips and is very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession.
