PrehabPro put me through a 12 week body transformation for my summer holidays. The level of support and guidance i got was top level, and the results speak for themselves. Over the past year since Ive known Matt he has helped me through countless injuries from a broken wrist, a elbow injury and a sprained ankle. Each time hes given me the right step by step advice and also provided a number of simple but affective exercises to speed up the recovery process. Without this help and professional knowledge it would have taken a lot longer for me to overcome these injuries. Highly recommended

I recently went to see Matt for a problem I was having with my shoulder which was affecting my ability to train, I was suffering from this issue on and off for about a year. Matt performed an initial assessment and quickly identified the issue, he performed a sports massage on the troubled area and within a few days I was pain free and able to train fully. I now see Matt regularly for maintenance and would recommend him for anyone suffering any injuries. His after care is excellent and he is always available for advice.
