I trained with Marcus for almost 5 months he was the best boxing teacher and overall trainer I could've asked for. Saw a very big improvement in my mental health, and felt so much stronger physically during this time. Getting back into it once my schedule's in check!

I've been using MB since 1st June 2020 and has been the best decision that year for me. I haven't looked back since. My commitment of 3 x1 hour sessions each week continues. My physical and mental health has benefited enormously especially during the lockdowns.

I have been training with Marcus for a few years now and have definitely noticed the difference, Not just in my appearance but mentally. Marcus goes through extra lengths to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout. When training with Marcus, it doesn't feel like a workout as he is full of joy and makes workout fun...with the pain. I would highly recommend Marcus and have done to family & friends, who also agree with me.

Highly recommend to those who want to look and fell great ! Marcus has given me loads of helpful advice along the way. I am really enjoying my journey so far and seeing progress; always pushing me to do better. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey!
