Dilia supported us through the whole process of getting the mortgage, explained the details, and overall did amazing job helping us to get an offer really fast despite very unstable market back in the day, and later helped us to renegotiate the offer once rates went down a few months later. A huge thank you to Dilia and Bilal at B&D Mortgage Service, absolutely amazing and professional at what they do, could not have made the process any smoother and easier. They both respond extremely fast, Dilia even replies to emails on weekends (absolutely shocking) and make sure you are comfortable with asking whatever you are not sure on (which has been hard to find in other advisors as they expect you to know it all).
