        I went to Adrian for hypnotherapy as I was feeling stuck. I didnt know what to expect from the session. Adrian, from our very first contact, made me feel relaxed and totally comfortable in his presence. He has a very warm, kind nature. He began with a series of questions which allowed him to get to know me and I felt very safe in opening up. The session was really enjoyable in what I learnt about myself. Since the first session (I only needed two) I have experienced a huge, positive shift. So many changes have happened, which I put down to the effects of the work we did. I cant recommend Adrian enough.
