Northwood Launderette

After being let down by a local laundrette today, I Googled and discovered this one. The experience was fantastic. It's a manned service, so you can't use the washers or dryers yourself, but the lady there did it all for me. I had two bags of urgent drying and was happy with the upfront, fixed price for doing it. The lady accommodated the urgency and since the price was fixed, all the clothes were properly dry when they came out. It's card payment only, which suited me fine since there's no faffing about with coinage. Next door is a lovely cafe so I went and had a coffee while I waited. They have long opening hours, even on Saturday, though they're closed on Sunday. Parking outside is really easy too I will be using this business exclusively going forward.

Will never use again. Money stuck in machine and have to wait week for a cash refund. There is no possibility for a refund if any machine gets stuck and when I called the owner qas unhelpful and unprofessional. I do not recommend unless you want to part with your money and not receive the service...or wait an entire week for a refund
