        Impossible to get an appointment, don't register for this surgery. they have a clever way of dealing with waiting lists for appointments... ensure only the most desperate, suffering people can actually get seen! they change their booking system every few months and they get more obtuse every time!

        poor service, can't get a appointment. Get told to book online which the service does not always work, rude staff. Have had on going issues for over six months. Doctors are good but reception is poor service.

        Having grown up with this surgery, Im now in my 50s, I cant believe how its gone so downhill. Its virtually impossible to get an appointment. You get sent from one online app to another and its so complicated. Im really good with technology but it feels like they just dont want you to have access to a doctor. Im now looking for another GP surgery.
