Northwood Dental Practice

Very Rude Receptionist. I called them after being referred to by 111 for an emergency and while being in an excruciating pain. They simply said that they not taking referrals or NHS patients but have space / availability to take me as a private patient (no ethics here I guess ? as they can see me privately but not as a NHS patient in an emergency). Does not make any sense. The dental practice should keep 111/ NHS records updated.

These guys always fit me in when necessary, and Dr Meera was great when removing my wisdom tooth. Back to normal less than a week post-op!

I want to leave this review to say huge thank you to my Dentist Avneet Dhaliwal. She is extremely professional, kind and skilled. Dr. Dhaliwal makes sure that everyone is being taken care of and handled my procedure with incredible calmness and patience. She went out of her way to explain every step beforehand and gave me adequate time to relax in between which helped me to completely get rid of my anxiety and stress. Fortunate to have finally found a dentist who is so proficient, understanding, polite and caring. Thank you for such an excellent job, keep it up!

As always fantastic service at the surgery. Very pleased with the proceedure performed by Mr M Shah. Very pleased with the help I received from Suki who always is so polite and helpful with arranging my appointments. I recommend this surgery for anyone who is looking for a caring practice. Pritpal.

The dentist is good but the younger receptionist (there are two - the older lady is lovely!) is awful!!!!! I hate calling to make an appointment and even seeing her face on the day of the appointment as she is an extremely unpleasant person. She has serious issues and its time she addresses it or just fire her!!!!
