        My iPhone XS Max was fixed amazingly. The display was broken and so was the back, both were fixed and when another problem with the phone network occurred this was fixed instantly too. The communication was of high standard and quick replies. :)

        I've used OneTech to replace a smashed phone screen and also to replace the hard drive of an ailing laptop. Both done promptly including free diagnosis of problem with the laptop. For those confused about the address, the shop is in Hatch End but there is a service point in Northwood, which is super useful if you live in Northwood and they're very flexible about drop off times outside of normal working hours. It is a house but totally legitimate. They do only accept cash but I've found them to be honest and helpful and they provide guarantees and after care. I didn't know the first time but they were happy to hand over the repaired phone and let me come back and pay another time. I would recommend without reservation.
