        A beautiful Catholic Church. The parish church of northwood. Whilst compact the church which is similar in brickwork to Stanmore is fully equipped with a beautiful crucifix above the altar and stations of the cross. Apart from Thursday week day Mass is 10.30 am. Followed by exposition and benediction. The parish priest is a pleasant and welcoming man. The church also has two stainglass windows for the martyrs Sts Thomas More and John Fisher. A baptism window in what may have been a baptistry is also pleasent. A visit to sit and be is encouraged.

        Have just returned from a most enjoyable break in the area where we experienced a beautiful and tranquil church, with a friendly and welcoming congregation. This originates from the Parish Priest, Father Brian, who demonstrates and encourages a caring and spiritual community. His homilies are well delivered and concisely promote the word of God.
