Over rated , over priced for a gym cafe and NOT child friendly. A Very very disappointing experience with my 8 month old baby and friend. Service was extremely poor. Location/ decor( within a gym) a further let down. When entered staff were very unapproachable/unfriendly. Only provided a service when asked this included asking where the cutlery is (?)and a high chair despite carrying a child. They were happy to simply not acknowledge you despite it being empty. Poor service. I ordered a posh toastie with sourdough bread. The food arrived with plain WHITE BREAD. Given its a healthy cafe I was rather surprised, The staff did not consider to inform me of this in an attempt to offer another option/alternative! But Assumed it would be OK to serve regardless ! Again Poor service. DURING my brunch the staff then decided to provide industrial blue tissue ( a pile of it ) on our table to clean the floor. My child had dropped small pieces of pasta on the floor whilst eating .We intended to do so once we had completed our brunch. After a while this was pushed even further by the owner herself Nisha Parmar whom provided a DUSTPAN and BRUSH beside our table and informed my friend to clean up. I REPEAT this was whilst we were still eating and drinking. At this stage I felt extremely upset, Not welcomed and it completely PUT ME OFF eating and longer! (seeing a dirty dustpan and broom would put anyone off there food ! ) Given children/ babies are not able to dine at the secret garden. I believed the cafe would be acceptable ( despite not dining there the menu is still given to order ) furthermore the website clearly states children are welcomed and her mother and baby niece were present too ! This is unacceptable service to a mother and baby whom were well behaved and peaceful despite the small mess on the floor with every intent to pick up AFTER dinning. Had she greeted us like she had all the other guests in the room and in the past when dining without children. I would have provided her the reassurances she needed. Unfortunately she preferred to act in a unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I expected better from Nisha! Poor service , over rated, over priced, unfriendly to mothers/babies for a local gym cafe.

An absolute stunning secret garden with an outstanding menu! Staff were friendly and approachable. Food came out hot and on time. The Asian fries were amazing. Lovely flowers and gorgeous backdrops around the place to take photos. We were told that we needed a reservation and they would find us a table. However being there from 11am to 2.30, their were only 4 tables occupied. Another 2 people walked in just after us and they were seated straightaway despite having no reservation which we found a little strange. Will definitely come here again!

Lovely food. Delicate balanced flavours married with skill and originality. Attentive and polite staff.

Came here randomly for breakfast and the food was really good. Ordered the Japanese and Turkish omelettes and was perfect! Definitely will come back!
