I had a few acupuncture sessions with Steve but, unfortunately, the acupuncture itself didn't relieve my symptoms. However, Steve took a holistic approach to my condition and taught me some stretches, ways to improve my sleep and gave some advice on lifestyle changes that will help managing and reducing my symptoms and treat the cause. Steve is a knowledgeable practitioner and will look at your condition from various angles to help and not just give one-sided treatment.

Very friendly and professional. Steve is usually able to fit me in at short notice and offers an excellent service, explaining everything thing he is doing during your session. Would highly recommend.

I have to confess this guy is my brother. However he's great. I am a keen cyclists and a reluctant runner. As such, I am often inneed of help seeing as I am now the wrong side of 40. His advise is good and simple. Give him a try.
