        Jason, Claire and the team are brilliant at Damptec Remedial. They did an excellent job on treating damp in the flat I'm currently in and then have gone the extra mile when assessing damp in a potential new flat I'm looking at. The report was comprehensive and clear, and Jason goes out of his way to be friendly, flexible and very fair. Highly recommended.

        Diabolical customer service. Phoned for someone to investigate and repair a problem. They couldnt come for 2 weeks, which is fair enough, but then called to change the appointment. They didnt turn up or phone to cancel or apologise. Now they are not answering when I phone.
