Paul was an absolute gem. Very efficient in making contact with me, responding to emails and scheduling the work. It's the first time I've had to have a boiler replaced and Paul explained all my options in layman's terms without talking down to me (sadly this has happened to me on more than one occasion in the past). I felt comfortable having him work in my home for two days and he left with my house far cleaner than I'd anticipated given the size of the job! Would highly recommend this company and will be contacting them when my annual boiler service is due!

I cant recommend Paul highly enough. From the very first contact he was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us out in a difficult situation in a sympathetic and professional way and solved all the problems we presented him with. I dont think Ive ever come across a more conscientious and reliable heating engineer!

Heat Creations are amazing! Paul was so friendly and professional, always on time! The care and attention to detail were faultless. We had all new radiators and a new boiler installed and we are over the moon with the final products and finish! We will definitely be recommending in the future, and will not use any other company!
