        I was a very nervous patient, but not anymore! Derek, Lou and Ellie are all very professional and process excellent interpersonal skills that immediately put me at ease. I hated my teeth for many years and avoided the dentist. Eventually, I plucked up courage to visit 1st Impressions and I am so glad I did. Derek listened to my concerns, and with patience and understanding gave sound advise. He implemented a treatment plan that I have now completed, I can honestly say that finally, I have a smile, I can be proud of! Thank you 1st Impressions

        I cant thank you guys enough!! I was having pain in my tooth for over 2 months, unfortunatly my dentist kept rescheduling my appointment. (nhs). I decided to go through private, and my god it was the best thing i have done. Derek was amazing!! After less than 30 minutes my pain was gone!!! Thank you so so much.
