Ive been training with Mani for over a year and I am really enjoying the sessions. Ive seen a big difference in my strength and body during this time. Although many of my clothes are now too small for me! She is dedicated and really motivates you in a friendly and professional manner. Each session is varied and covers different muscle groups. She has so much knowledge and also advises on nutrition, ensuring you are following a plan that is right for your body and goals. Mani is the kind of PT who genuinely cares about each individual client, and takes into account personal health goals. She is attentive especially when it comes to form, ensuring you get the most from every exercise. She is also very considerate and understanding when it comes to injuries or feminine issues, being careful not to push too hard and taking a step back when required. Highly recommend!

With two autoimmune conditions impacting my health the doctors advised that whilst I could exercise, I had to ensure that my heart rate did not elevate too high as this would exacerbate my conditions. My weight loss therefore had to be at a slower rate to most individuals. Mani took the time to understand this and developed a programme that both helped me build strength, lose weight but without causing a relapse of my conditions.
