    Always wanted to write a review for AJ but never got around to it so thought better late than never. My wife and I had Aled to coach us for a brief period when we were living in Pinner but unfortunately we moved out of the area so it was only for a brief period possibly 4-5 months. Aled is cut above the rest with his passion and knowledge as a great personal trainer who is deeply committed to guiding people lose weight and get back in shape. My wife always says she could now confidently go to her local gym is all down to brilliant guidance of Aled at the time. If anyone wants a personal trainer who will push you out of your comfort zone with the right level of perturbation and teach the best techniques its this man.

    As someone in their mid 50s that came to Aled in not great shape I can vouch for his knowledge and friendly no nonsense approach to helping me achieve my fitness goals. Since starting training with Aled my fitness and strength have both dramatically increased and by more than i had hoped for in the time i've been with him. I actually find myself looking forward to exercising in a gym now and it's certainly not boring with Aled. As well as his no nonsense approach i must highlight his focus on ensuring correct technique at all times when using weights to avoid injuries. If you want definite positive results in body shape and fitness Aled is your man.

    Aled, is an excellent Personal Trainer. After years of putting off joining the the gym I finally joined and soon met Aled. I had a rough idea of what goals I wanted to achieve but to be honest they were a bit vague and not very specific. Aled helped me refine these goals and set up a plan to achieve them. It wasn't all about the gym either, it was initially getting a mental hold on what I really wanted to achieve and setting the foundation on how to get there. Aled, supported me along the way, with dietary requirements, setting up good habits and accelerating this with good gym work. After a few months I started to see an explosive return on achieving my goals. Aled has a wealth of knowledge, is honest and will show you how to become fitter, stronger and mentally happier with the way you look without it always feeling like an uphill challenge. I highly recommend Aled and although he is younger than me I have learnt some good life skills and choices from him.

    Since working with Aled Ive lost over two stone. It starts in lockdown when gyms were shut and I was lacking motivation but needed to do something to get back in shape. Aled isnt a trainer who just gives you a training plan and leaves you to it. He makes you track your training and eating and it makes you accountable. He has given me the tools I need to carry on and lose even more weight!

    If you want an extremely knowledgable PT who really cares about not only your fitness transformation but also strengthening your mental wellness, Aled is the right person for you! Ive always worked out but went to Aled for real structure and to gain a better understanding of how to cut and bulk and it's safe to say we have achieved these goals. Aled is very knowledgeable and gives you the time to pass on his knowledge and adjust your fitness plan to suit the goals you want to achieve. I was initially skeptical on how someone could PT successfully without physically being in the gym with me, but the experience I have had with Aled has shown me I was clearly wrong and with the time that Aled has given me reviewing my filmed workouts, discussing my plan and diets through video chats, plenty of text and voice messages and the use of his online platform, he may as well have been in the gym with me and more. If you want real results, hit Aled up, he will change your life for the better.
