        Sessions with James have been extremely useful and I have noticed significant visible changes in my form/physique over the last 2 months. Have been given a full diet and exercise plan as well as various other tips and advice - overall has been fantastic!

        Ive worked with 3 personal trainers previously and James is by far the most impressive. His knowledge and experience around health and fitness is unparalleled. I live an extremely busy life working in the City and travelling abroad every few weeks. After many attempts, I almost accepted that it was impossible for myself to live healthily alongside my corporate lifestyle. James and I have worked closely with one another to successfully create a health and fitness programme thats adaptable to my lifestyle. This enables me to be consistent in my efforts and ensure Im always moving towards my goals. Over the past 8 weeks Ive seen masses of progress, not only in my physical health, but in all aspects of my life. I plan on continuing my work with James for years to come. If you are looking to form a team with someone who holds the expertise to adapt programmes to your unique situation, I couldnt recommend James any more

        Been training with James for the last 3 months, he a fantastic PT he motivates you pushes you and keeps you on track which has improved my fitness as I was not pushing myself enough by myself . Feel stronger and losing weight which is my goal, looking forward to continuing smashing my goals in 2023.

        James is an excellent PT he really pushes you to be your best. He is patient, friendly and motivating and helps you to stay on track with the weigh ins and my fitness pal tracking. Each session is different and I can feel myself getting stronger each session. I would definitely recommend him to someone who is looking for a pt.
