I was extremely impressed with my recent visit to S.H Harrold.
My eye examination was very detailed and included a photo image of the rear of my eye.
The optometrist explained everything to me very carefully, and was happy to answer any questions.
There was no hard sell or pressure to buy specs from Harrolds but for Mr Johnson the manager nothing was too much trouble and he showed me several pairs of superb frames that really complimented my features well.
I opted for a new lens design which helps me immensely with my reading.
It did cost me that little bit more to go for this option but in my experience it was well worth the extra.
I was quoted 10 working days but was actually called within 5 days to say that my specs were ready for collection.
Very pleased, professional and courteous service.
