Soundz Good

Following a large redevelopment/renovation of our home we decided we wanted to have a more integrated smart home set-up. We checked out a few companies who offered this service but after speaking with Ajay at Soundz Good we were convinced he was the best person to realise our vision. We met with him a couple of times, prior to moving forward, and he understood exactly what we were after. He has a wealth of experience in this sector and he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and passionate about the products and services he provides. He took time to explain the pros and cons of what was on offer and made us feel comfortable with moving forward. We ended up getting a full lighting, security (including blinds) and home sound and cinema set up installed with Control4 and we have been impressed with the integration and features. We've also been really happy with the aftersales care Ajay has provided when issues have arisen with a new system. Contacted Ajay following my existing AV supplier going out of business. Has done an amazing job and has really helped me out of a sticky situation. Ajay diagnosed all issues / gaps with my current system and went about rectifying. Family and I are super happy to be able to use the tech that we had installed but werent able to use until now. Soundz Good is a great company that is always striving to deliver the latest and most appropriate system for each customer's needs. Due to Ajay's passion and experience we ended up with a top notch, enjoyable, low maintenance AV package that fitted within budget. Soundz Good specified and set up the system and worked well with our builders. In an arena where tech is always improving further tweaks and assistance may be necessary so it's important for your installer to be as good with aftersales care as with the initial install.
