If I could give ZERO or minus stars I would. Paul came to our house and from the moment he got out of his unmarked van was the surliest and generally most unpleasant tradesman I have ever dealt with. In addition knew nothing about underfloor heating and pretended that he represented the insurance company. When I asked he didnt even know who our insurance company was. Worse than useless

I have found this company to be very reliable. George has proved to be knowledgeable and considerate. Always informing me of his arrival time and keeping to it.

Rightgas work for EDF Energy for our heating homecare and annual service. Their engineer told us it was because system need flushing which turned out not to be true and left us with no heating and refused to return. We had an independent engineer come out and he said the boiler had not been serviced properly for the time rightgas were supposed to have performed annual services and left at an at risk state. You can see photos taken by independent plumber. EDF paid the bill for the independent plumber so obviously agreed wit our plumber. Keep well clear they are a cowboy company.

Boiler service booked through Scottish Power Boiler care. Cancelled appointment and then no call before next appointment as promised Bad customer service
