I ordered food and took an hour. 5 mins before about to be delivered, and being super hungry after tracking delivery, they cancelled the order. Never again.

Worst Pepe's by a distance. We ordered 18 wings and asked to put extra sauce(hot), for which we were charged 70p. Despite that, the wings were bland. I had to go back to the store asking them to check what happened and they said this is the standard. I had to show them how runny their sauce was in my takeaway that they didn't coat the wings leaving them to taste bland. They got the sauce boxes and to my shocking surprise they were indeed very runny and diluted with so much oil and water. See pictures where all you will see is oil. I have been to so many other Pepe's stores in the past but haven't had this experience. In fact I was at the Inverness store last week during my trip to Scotland and even there the quality was top notch. Please avoid this store.
