This merchant is completely unreachable, both numbers provided via Groupon are not working, they go straight to voicemail, I have left a few voice messages, left text messages, after 3 weeks I have tried contacting via Facebook messenger but noting again, I won't beg for an appointment, it's ridiculous !!! no matter how busy you are you should have at lest any mob no that is working or at lest respond to messages, after 4-5 weeks of trying I have given up...perhaps private customers are being treated differently but DO NOT BOOK VIA GROUPON AS ITS WAIST OF TIME!

Do not book at this Salon!! I purchased a Groupon deal and when I tried to make an appointment via text (with the security code) they redeemed it without even confirming the appointment first. Then they confirmed it. After that I tried to call and text them several times to reschedule my appointment with no answer. Plus the phone is always off so basically they are uncontactable. Overall, they redeemed my Groupon without providing a service. Luckily Groupon were great and refunded my money as Groupon credits.

Can't comment on Danielle's work, as unfortunately I didn't have the chance to experience it. Agreed on the time and date for an appointment via text and the shop is closed when I came. Called twice (went to voicemail), texted, waited 10 mins - nothing. Hope she is well, but I would appreciate an apology and a call back to arrange a new time. If I haven't paid already I would never come back anymore to this place. This is first time I experience this with a professional and I am quite frustrated.

I purchased a voucher on Groupon to have my hair done. I then proceeded to phone to book an appointment as per Groupon's instructions. After making nearly a dozen telephone calls over a week and leaving messages to try and book, I decided to drive to the Salon. I made my appointment with Danielle and commented that my calls had been ignored to be told that the phone had been switched off! No apology offered for the inconvenience caused to me! Received a text confirmation a day before my appointment which was great. Then received a text 3hrs before my appointment cancelling!!! The text instructed me to contact them to rebook! You got it, text sent and messages left, no response.! Don't waste your time, they have wasted mine!!! If only there was an option to leave 0 stars!!!! Obviously straight onto Groupon for a refund. Have just seen another review posted 3 days before mine along the same lines. Completely unprofessional!!!
