My other half payed just over 5 grand for a jimny from these guys. She was looking forward to owning one. That want quickly faded within a month we had payed over a grand on lights radiators and other bits, phoning consistely the so called warranty company which was about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Each time we took the car to the garage they would find new faults on a car that had "PASSED its MOT". Be very aware that yes we knew the vehicle would have some general wear and tear but as you can see from the photos paint and a lack of motoring knowledge can hide a lot. The only bonus were the company were fairly responsive when buying the car and even delivering bit from there .....

Picked up my immaculate Jimny today and very happy with my purchase. Team were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would recommend and definitely use again!

Very poor dirty jeeps waste of time going man that came out was not help full at all NOT THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOS they advertised ,,

I spoke to some representatives from Cotswold recently at the Morton in the Marsh who were very pleasant and helpful, about a boot liner. I have just bought a Jimny privately, as until the show I was not aware of Cotswold Jimny. So I have rung the office this morning and was told by a very unhelpful man that they would not sell me one as I had bought mine privately and they saved them for their own customers. I also asked if they could advise me on tyre sizes and again most unhelpful. Really disappointed as at the show the two guys there were very pleasant and actually even said they may have a secondhand boot liner if I wanted to call up. But after this mornings rudeness I will not be going anywhere near them. Common courtesy cost nothing, but lack of it costs customers.
