I rarely give bad reviews as I can understand that places are understaffed and workers are tired BUT this particular experience was terrible. I walked into the shop at 7:10 PM and said "hello" to the man behind the counter. In response, he put up a finger as to stop me and said, "Give me one minute" and answered a personal call on his phone (I know it was personal because he was laughing and joking with the person on the phone) I waited till 7:15 PM for him to finish as he hadn't even looked up at me once in that time and said "excuse me." He didn't look up. I tried again and he just continued talking on the phone. I finally walked out and he still didn't even look up.

Why do subway employ staff who can't speak And understand English? I had to repeat my is order 3 time's And they still gave me The wrong item,this was after waiting 10 minutes,with Only one other customer , The shop was very hot, I asked them to turn down The heating and again they couldn't understand And before anyone says The R word I come from The same country as the staff members, it's not acceptable in 2023 in a London shop that staff cannot speak English, sort yourself out subway , What if someone has a food allergy? They will get served the wrong ingredient and finito

Terrible customer experience. Rude, not talkative, a snail would be more entertaining to talk to. If you dont like people dont work in a people facing job. Also last time I checked cheese and toasted usually includes the cheese in the sandwich. Would give negative 5 stars if possible.
