        My nan has been in this care home for nearly 3 weeks now and they have made no effort to get her dressed or out of bed they haven't even put her false teeth in for her own dignity! My mum has raised concerns of her care on multiple occasions through emails to which she has had no response at all! I have worked in care for a number of years and know this is poor practise! It takes 5 minutes to atleast brush her hair and put her teeth in but neither have been done. There is no communication with the home at all! Utterly disgusting level of care and communication! Definitely would not reccomend sending anyone to this care home.
